REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At iconshopjo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized jerseys (with printed name, number, or patches).
• Items marked as Final Sale or Mystery orders (e.g., World Cup Mystery Jersey).
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping for defective/wrong items.
4. Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in original, unworn condition.
• Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the wrong size was sent due to our error.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please:

• Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
• Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping any item back.
Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not already begun. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. To cancel, contact us immediately via our Contact page.
